CUT

This project is the result of an exhibition at the Triennale di Milano and a collaboration with Bottega Ghianda.
Fine wood varieties have been chosen to craft a project linked to extremely traditional food, which carries with it many well-recognised actions and rituals.
A single item contains all the functions and tools needed for tasting: flat and concave chopping boards, a spatula and a knife.
