The Pangrill is an innovative pan with two different cooking modes in one.
By inserting a non-stick aluminium grill into an aluminium pan, you get a pan that can be used as a grill and a grill that can be used as a pan.
The fusion between a grill and the body of the pan creates a griddle or fish tray that can cook different foods at different temperatures.
The different shapes of the ridges designed in the grill channel heat in different ways.
Basically, the ridges that are closer together are suitable for slow, conduction cooking, while the ridges that are further apart are better for quick and convection cooking.
The handles and knobs come from BBQ equipment and were conceived, designed and made in stainless steel.
