The basic principles of aerobic training are frequency, duration and intensity.
Step is an aerobic workout that is different from other forms of aerobic exercise due to the fact that it incorporates the use of a platform, i.e. a step.
The name embodies all the distinctive elements of performance and efficiency that the industrial process allows designers to incorporate during the creative and design process.
We have created a new product for fitness that comes from working with a single tube.
Our challenge lay in streamlining the techniques and solutions in order to optimise time and reduce waste, with the goal of saving energy and producing a positive footprint.
